There is a relatively large body of medical literature in a number of different languages on the efficacy of homeopathy. Unfortunately, mainstream and complementary medical modalities operate from very different paradigms (you know, comparing apples and oranges). As a homeopath, I understand that therapies (and remedies) must be individualised and not every patient will respond in the same way to the same treatment (this has finally been recognized by mainstream medicine in the latest research into chrono-biology and epi-genetics).
That said, there have been enough studies on the efficacy of homeopathy done in the mainstream model to justify listing them here.
